I had my hair treated about 1-2 days before the test.

Then the day of the acutual testing I did the shaving of body hair with clippers; washed with V05 mixture (any V05 shampoo w/ ALOE will do). Aloe is the key to this as aloe will help coat your hair and also helps to remove metabolites assoc. with toxins in hair folicles.

The day of testing I washed with V05 mix, then shampoo'd myself with the Zydot system via TestClear and then conditioned thouroughly and let air dry without rinsing.

I had my hair colored about 1-2 days prior testing. Basically if you can find pure aloe extract (no perservatives, just pure aloe from the acutal plants and mix with any V05) this would be ideal. But basically you are looking for V05 w/ALOE. I believe I used V05 Herbal Essences with Aloe. Just make sure the V05 has aloe in it.
