I haven't purposely exercised since August when I took a 6 mile walk. I realize I don;t belong here bumping this thread thread, but in my defense, I LOST 15 POUNDS in just over a month. I have gone from 205 to 190, and my target is 175. I expect to exercise sometime around Christmas and will be shedding a few more pounds. So I will be bumping this thread every time lose a few pounds instead.
