"Theory of Everything" or "T.O.E." is a misnomer.

A more appropriate term that is often used is "Grand Unifying Theory". It is called that because it unifies quantum mechanics and general relativity theory; two mutually exclusive, yet extensively and precisely experimentally verified pillars of modern science.
