Fargo is probably one of the greatest movies ever made imo.
Also, if you havent seen Miller's Crossing, Barton Fink, The Hudsucker Proxy, or Raising Arizona, they are all fantastic movies by the Coens.
I also just saw Following, which was Christopher Nolan's (Memento, Batman Begins) first movie. It's about a stalker, very very good.
