powdered urine test kit - test clear - gets too hot

I ordered the urine powder test kit from test clear. I'm practicing before going to my test. I've tested 3 times now, and it gets too hot.

It takes 30 min. to heat up and right then it's at the perfect temperature. I'm trying to test with a 1 hr. time frame. so i have enough time to get to the testing center, any traffic might be on the way, and a waiting time. I think an hour would be good test with.

I crotched it for every test, in the last test I put in between a 2nd layer of boxers so that there's no skin contact, maybe keep the temperatures down. At an hour, the temps were still too hot. Around 103 - 106 degress, I checked with a digital thermometer.

I'm testing again and this time I'm keeping it in my pocket, and planning on crotching it right when I get to the test center and give it a 15 min. time frame. and I'll see how temperatures are within those 15 min.

I have a rubber band around the heater, should I remove the rubber band? Only reason I have the rubber band is since the sides dont stick to the vial. I'm thinking maybe this will keep the temperatures optimal.

I tried blowing on it to keep the temps. down but it's not working, and I'd rather not do that since I'm worried somebody might hear me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
