well, I tried that method. I kept it heated with a heater and crotched for an hour, after that I removed the heater and croched it for a complete hour, I checked the temperature and it was at 99.1 degrees (checked with digital thermometer).

So, I think I'm going to go with this method, that way I can avoid having to worry anybody hearing me blowing to cool it down, or hearing me remove the heater from the vial and not have to spend much time in there. Test clear advises to not remove the heater until it's time to take the test but, it gets so hot that the digital thermometer cant even read it.

I'm going to crotch it for another 30 min. - 1 hr. just so I have an idea as to how long I can keep it crotched at optimal temperatures.
