Flat Dumbbell Bench Press - 8 sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell Rows - 10 sets of 10 reps
Dumbbell Flyes - 2 sets of 10 reps
Bent Over Lateral Raises - 3 sets of 15 repetitions
gives me between 30 and 40 mins of working out.

damn you do a lot of fucking sets.. If your trying to build muscle thats WAY too many sets and reps. 3 sets of 8 or 10 is better. Or are you just trying to lose weight?
