Hit Random and Rate 5 Songs Thread

So being as most of us listen to music while we are browsing the forums..I thought it would be cool to rehash an idea I stole from another forum...Hit random/shuffle on your comp or ipod/mp3 device and rate the next five songs...

1. Queens of The Stone Age - I Never Came (6/10, A rare mid-tempo song for them...A light mellow number that passes as quickly as it comes, nothing really stands out but it is a solid song)

2. Devin the Dude - Boom 1 (2/10, Funny Interlude but no music)

3. DJ Shadow - Mashin' On The Motorway (7/10, great song, would fit right in on a getaway mix, great use of ambient noise, voice recordings, and organic and synthesized music)

4. Kalyanji Anandji - My Guru (7/10, I love the sitar and this song is full of em, the dated effect on the recoding at the beginning is a nice touch, and the mix of mid-east and modern drum/bass is quite pleasing to the ear, great song for a stoned mix, get baked, float away)

5. Wolfmother - Mind's Eye (6/10, I have never heard this song before, it has a nice start to it, it has a real mellow ballad feel, good rainy day lyrics and some strong vocals into the chorus, great chorus and bridge. It opens up into almost a Whoish organ workout...This one is a good one for the downtimes)

It's so controlled, it's sitting in most, just sit and stare,
At a television with a distant glare,
And I'm ashamed to admit it, I'm a slave to this shit,
As much as anybody but I'm not afraid of it,
This is where the change comes, and this is where we make some difference,
Embrace what's within us and escape from this prison,
All it takes is a little bit of faith,
And a little bit of love, to get rid of all the hate,
