I'm not sure what you mean, if you are referring to the heater or powdered urine. If you're referring to the heater, you get 1 packet and you can't reuse them. If you want to practice (highly recommended) with water and heaters you can pick up extras from them. If you have a hunting store near or a sports store you can pick them up from there and it'll be cheaper. Just make sure to get the same exact kind. I tried a similiar heater and it didnt work.
If you're referring to the powdered urine, all you need is one. Just practice with water until the day of your test. They give you 50 ml and the required amount is 45 mil.
If you aren't going to be watched I would definately recommend this method rather than dilution, the only thing that can fail you is if the temp. is out of range and after you practice a few times you'll be able to perfect it.
