one thing you have to keep in mind is that valium has a nortoiously long half life...everywhere i look (depending on age and metabolic differences) says that valiums half life can be as high as 100 hours...this means that if you took a single 10mg valium on friday, you will have 5 mg in your system 100 hours later (so that would be tuesday), and you would still have 2.5mg in your system again 100 hours later so that would be satuday the next week...this is being overly conservative but when it comes to drug tests its better safe than sorry...

clonazepam (aka rivotril aka klonopin) also has a long half life but not quite as long as valium aka diazepam...i think 30+ hour half life
