Personally this is the first time I have heard of a problem of overheating with our product, but it does sound like the user did everything correctly according to instructions. I personally talked with the user in chat and it seemed that they were having quite a bit of troubling maintaining the temperature for some reason.
Other users that I spoke to since this post was made don't appear to having the same problem, but we will be conducting our own experiments to verify that the temp is consistent which is needed for the product to be successful. It has been my experience that the Powdered Urine Kit works like clockwork as far as the temperature goes.
I will report back once our studies are completed.
