Its simple really. Dealers wouldnt want it to be legalized becuase there the ones who make the money. Growers may want it to be legalized because stores would buy from them if the bud wasnt regulated by
the gov't. Just regular everyday smokers would want it to be legalized becuase it would be cheaper and legal.
