People cling to religion like it's truth. Like there is something real and meaningful behind going to church every sunday and listen to some guy talk about the past. You think "god" is happy you are sitting around worshiping him/her?

God is everything, including this waking moment. He is not some old man in "heaven," there is no hell, besides the hell in which we create here on earth and in our minds.

There is only now, and nothing else.
