First of all, theology is a pseduo-science at best, I'll admit that. I can understand your view of Christianity as I have all those things you mention thrown in my face all the time. In most of what you have posted as evidence against Christiany, I can dispute that with things I have read, just as you can.
This is why Christianity utterly comes down to faith. That is the whole idea of Christianity (and any religion). If you want to want to understand the reasoning behind and defense for the evidence supporting Christianity, read the apologetics.
I will post some examples soon.
