just an open city show down.. take out all the npcs

add weapons to cars for multiplayer? or it that too twisted metal.

or make something like a post-apacolypse citys scape, cars stopped in the street, guns every where... you jack a car, and a crisped skeleton falls out.

16 player madness ensues. being able to enter buildings would be tight
