i try to think of something good about the person when i find myself thinking something negative. i look at the lines in their face or some characteristic and try to find something interesting or beautiful. but sometimes people just make me feel uncomfortable, and i avoid them as best i can.
judgement in this way is a means of weeding out the people you keep around you, which is necessary. have you ever made friends with someone who turned out to be untrustworthy because you didn't want to judge them?
