Did 30 miles on a hiking trip last week with about 40 lbs strapped to me for 20 of em. I'm about to jump on the climber machine for a few miles, do some sit ups then smoke my afternoon bowl.. Then later, I think... chest and triceps

I just want to be in the best shape of my life... once in my life. Its not compensation I swear!
