well...I sent in my own personal hair test yesterday (not the one for work). Just waiting on the results.

Here is the method I went through:
First, the day before the test, I did the vinegar/astringent/tide method. this is affectionately known as the "maccujo" method on other websites, because he was apparently the first one to post about it. I immediately followed the Maccujo method by the method of this thread (hereafter I will refer to it as the ldavisa method) that includes the bleach, H2O2, and aloe shampoo.

Then the DAY that I took the hair sample, I did the Maccujo method, and again followed it by the ldavisa method. I followed this by using a single stage detox shampoo and then a 2 stage detox shampoo, and then I did the thing where I used the conditioner and left it in. A few hours later, after my hair had dried, I had a friend take a sample from the back of my head where a tester would typically take one. Now....I wait.

It seems like Zydot really does the trick though, almost everyone that mentions it in that thread had success, especially when used in conjunction with bleaching your hair. I, however, am not using Zydot, so lets see how it goes.
