ok...So let me get this straight...
According to capt. murphy, let's say I take my urine test tommorrow(Saturday) at around 3pm...
If I eat a light lunch now(1:15pm) and drink a lg glass of water with the small lunch THEN don't eat ANYTHING until 11am tommorrow(meaning DRINK 4(16oz) gatorades and 2(16oz) glasses of water) I should be fine?
