Umm read the Codex website, then watch the movie then come back until then anything you bring up will be trolling.
Vitamins won't be illegal, just regulated as drugs, also the contents and exact mixtures will be regulated, but not for safety purposes. Vitamin C sold for children for example will have to be mixed with a sugar based filler in a ratio that is designed to counteract the effect of the already minimal amount of actual vitamin in the pill. So yah the kid may still be able to take a vitamin but the sugar is the only thing that will have any affect on him as the ratio of sugar required to neutralize vitamin C is something like - 1 part sugar : 23 vitamin.
