What does this girl want?

So i met up outside a Hip Hop club with this girl named Katja (she's a german/russian from Kazahkstan). She's 19 and attractive. So first few times after i got her number she was always busy. Then i called her up becuase I need to score some bud and we hung out and she smoked me up. We hung out a lot the next few days. She was friendly but she told me she prefers blacks guys "but"... Anyways i sent her a text frustrated saying like "so do you see anything in me"

She replied with "yeah your cool but u aint the type of man i want" so we still hung out anways smoking. I left for leave for three weeks and she has been calling me. I haven't been trying to score bud she is just interested in how i'm doing. So she doensn't want to associate me only for drugs i ruled that out. I don't even text and she calls me up asking me how i'm doing.

Is she having second doubts and thinking maybe she likes me?
Or am i just "a friend" that she wants to keep in touch with?
