If she is interested in you it doesnt seem to be worth it (going by your story). She wants your attentiuon but doesnt want to give you what you want/give up her power over you.

Of course this is only going by the imnage youve created in your text. She probably doesnt think about it that way either.

If you want to keepo being her friend cool. If you don't think your going where you want to, don't keep filling in for her as something your not trying to be and leave. If need be explain that your relationship (friendship or otherwise) is not working out for you. I just don't want to see you strung along is all.
