I know a lot of guys are against this but please take me seriously:
yoga (not any kind) specifically pilates will work out your whole body. You can go to Ashtanga yoga level II or III. Believe me, it isnt just for girls. its brought me down from a 24 BMI to a 21 BMI. Its hard, but you do get stretching also , depending on the class.
