Supply and demand is going to start to play into it here soon, gasoline has hit $4 a gallon so we're starting to grow corn for ethanol, this is bumping the prices of cooking oils since there is less ground available to grow other oil producing crops. Restaurants that used to give it away are now calling the shots, disposal companies are outfitting fryers with recovery systems and bringing checks
to the stores. Your fifteen hundred gallons of oil might be a fair retirement fund if the stuff doesn't break down. I gotta look into that, how long its good for.
