Huh? Killing and torturing squirrels should always be federally illegal. Marijuana should not. In fact, it should really be legal everywhere. I'm all about personal/individual rights, not state's rights. Didn't the racists in the South use state's rights to argue that they should be allowed to treat blacks like crap?
