Thanks for posting that video, PS. I would agree with you that the one simple question, if answered, would have led to further questions until she had reason to feel suspicious. I just posted the video over at 911 blogger, by the way.

By the way, this might be a good time to review this most helpful video with regard to exercising your rights during even the most stressful police enounters:

Most of us have likely seen this, but as the narrator says at the end: "...But do you really think this one-time viewing will prepare you for the pressure and confusion of an actual traffic stop, say, in a month or a year from now? Review this video often."
