Of all the people who have used just my method (as directed), even those with black hair, will tell you that there will be no change in hair color.
You will see evidence of this the first 5 minute cycle. Just rinse it out and look in the mirror. Re-apply and do the 2nd 5 mn cycle; look in the mirror, etc.
The mixture is not left in your hair enough for it to alter the color. You'll see.
