Shes trying to be nice but she doesnt really care about you THAT much. She may still care about you...but not as extreeme as that email says.
If she wanted you,
She'd be with you.
Even if she overthinks and can't let go...
She'd do it if she cared more about you than her own issues.
Obviously not, but whatever...ur better off.
