lol... i was trying to be nice and beat around the bush so to say, and i was rolling my eyes just coming back into this thread... but thank you, there's at least one informed person here. pretty much everything everyone said here is shitty advice.. work out when your tired to build up stamina? holy shit...

you have to lift (preferably heavy) weights if you want to promote weight loss and muscle gain. do a 40/40/20 split and eat 300-500 cals under maitenence depending on how much cardio your doing. read the fn bb forums please
