hate to be the one to say this to you, but yeah, you got fucked. those bowflexes are retarded and for dumb BB noobs who get suckered in by infomercials. You can get just a good of working with free weights and a bench. you can do everything with just that... check out bodybuilding.com's exercises section, theres a million different things you can do with a barbell for either composite or isolation weight lifting
