yah those stupid russians and their chop shops piss me off. Theres a little town nearby that is mostly Russians and they have a reputation for their chop shops and selling stolen or chopped cars where I live in the classifieds. I almost got ripped off by them when I was looking for a car. But ya I actually heard there are some russians that were in the mafia and are on "identity protection" or something, living there.
