Ditto...that's excellent. But try quitting cigs entirely. Both my wife & I are reformed smokers. She quit last Sept 2007 after smoking for 30 yrs [she was 2 packs-a-day] & I quit this past Feb 1, 2008 after smoking for 40 yrs [I was 1/2-1 pack-a-day].
For her, it was too late. She's got advanced emphysema & pulmonary-fibrosis. On oxygen 24/7 & considering a lung-transplant. I'm OK...no cough...no cravings...& we're saving $350-$400/month!! That pays some bills there.
Whatever you do, quit while you don't puff a pack-a-day.
