Make your own? The bums in town here are pretty ingenious and fashion all sorts of stuff to power bicycles.
I'm thinking garage sale stuff like a weed wacker/scooter-sized engine to run the puppy.
If you're really desperate, I'll sell you my 22.5cc, 2-stroke engine off my scooter.
