oh, i assume they read the forums, collect info and details/prints of posts, make files on certain posters. then they prolly submit a report to some superior.
thats pretty much their business: put drugs (especially hard) out in the cities and among the workers and then also use it as a pretense to put those who they want to--especially anyone with a brown face--in jail etc. LAPD members have reported CIA agents working with them to put crack cocaine into the ghettos of Los Angeles...Soldiers report bringing in planeloads of heroin and cocaine in on military aircraft.
theyre just collecting various data on here and using that to further their agenda.
