i had a friend im a wheelchair, he used to keep ALL kinds of contraband in there, points, all necessarry items needed for fixing. His name is Tim, and he's a profesional pan handler...he had an injury which left his legs useless, so one of his many scams would be to load up his wheel chair with allthe bagged items items, and s l o w l y walk the people to their car, making a big deal about traffic in a parking lot like "holdin his hand up motioning for the few oncoming cars to stop" while the patrons just want to get him out of their hair...but by this point, Tim had become the "unofficial" security guard for the parking lot, and patrons thought he actually worked for whatever store he was helping the customers out from...in hindsight, it was actually a pretty decent little scam, cause the wheelchair (and you could tell something was wrong with his lower extremeties, kinda like my hand, but worse)...he had a charming personality too, he was quick as a whip, but on the down side, he was a homeless heroin addict, and you guys are correct, he would keep his works on his person...bad move....in vegas its illegal to posses a syringe /out a prescription......i have a few of those tickets..its embarassing tho when u go to court, and your case gets called..even tho i am VERY physically disabled, the judge asked me if i had a legitamate use for the syringe, i said, "Well your honor you look nice today (she's a georgeous black female judge)and yes i do have a legitamate use, i was holding it for a friend etc. hhah, no dice, i got fined $100
