In Oregon, where I live:
1.7-2.0 - $20-25
3.4-3.7 - $40-50
6.8 - $80
In Orange County where I currently am on summer vacation:
1.0 - $20-25
3.5 - $50-60
But so far most of the people in OC have good medical, so I can't complain "too" much about the prices.
