Any girl that can't orgasm just hasn't met the right guy yet, not all guys are bastards, most fems figure that one out.
I get a bit grey re: molested etc since I have no experience of that.
But basically, if a guy is tuned to the desires of his girl, and can give her what she wants, she shouldn't feel the need to hold back.
