if it's happening when you take ibuprofen, that could be a sign of an ulcer...some people (myself included) can't take NSAIDs (Advil, Motrin, etc) b/c they have a sensitive GI tract which over time can develop ulcers from said medications. also caffeine can be a major GI killer if consumed in large doses.
go to the doctor. better safe than bloody.
