Name one instance in which smoking an ounce or two a day or anything doesn't affect your breathin/heart? Which then affects your goal of living healthily. If you don't have that goal then it is hurting your goal making descisions? See thread about coughing up blood...
I would also deduce saying smoking .5 grams takes anywere between 3-5 minutes. I mean if you COULD power house 28-56 grams how much time of your day did you throw away? 1.5 hours to 4.5 hours(approx). Say you sleep an average of eight hours a 24 hour day. How is that not harming you from reaching your goals. PS these estimations are if you nonstop smoked those grams to the head.
...
Just because you do something every day doesn't necessarily mean it is unhealthy. Just it then become a threat to habit forming, and habits can restrict you from accomplishing your goals. Ex: I'm used to smoking on 4:20, I have work at 4:30 today. So then if your habitually that lost in it, your going to smoke on 4:20 and go to work blazed at 4:30. However if you can control yourself on when to release your happy chemicals to your brain you won't do that thus saying it is not good exactly or bad, varies on person to person. Hence why I left my response so vague... If you want someone to tell you when your use is abuse/misuse then you probably shouldn't smoke anything because anything you put into your body is your responsibility.
