while i do agree with you for the most part all i can say is that it doesn't matter if your smoking an ounce a day or a gram a day. either way you are affecting your body but thats just the downside of smoking....anything.
I agree that it would be abuse if someone was smoking an ounce a day, even a half ounce. but at what point do yo u draw the line? is quarter or an eight ok? not to mention that even if someone was smoking an ounce a day they probably don't have time for much of anything else, such as reaching goals.
