^i dont think its really anything new. its the name of the game with corporations and capitalism. $$$ is the bottom line.
the price of oil is impacting these corporations, and theyre doing what they are doing to keep the profit margins up and growing.
as if humans and individuality had any space in the corporate mindset in the first place...
