Depends. If it's just some guy who hasn't gotten laid in months using my physical image to bust a nut, then it's not very flattering that he's jerking off over me. However, if it's someone who genuinely likes me in most ways (including sexually) and they think of me when they jerk off, yeah...I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's a little flattering.
