No, not mods as such.

Sure, we need somebody to keep a lid on the petty name calling and unrelated hating that goes on, (yes I am also guilty), but one would suspect if we were to require some sort of moderation, that the moderator not be a large cause of consternation betwix the members.

That he not hold often stated views which oppose the direct purpose of this site, ie drug war supporters not welcome, should also be a consideration.

But again, I must stress, this thread is about no moderator in particular, especially not dubstyle311.
