aloha all,

i've been creepin on this forum for approx 3 weeks now. long story short--i finally got offered a job n have a hair follicle test this friday (from a interview that took place in feb!). from begin feb to mid-april, i laid off the pipe...but broke down when i didn't hear back after two months. since then i've been smoking fairly regularly over the last month (n a lil extra this past holiday weekend too).

i used the aloe shampoo for about two weeks now and did my first idavisa cycle today (4x though for total 20 min) w 1 tbs bleach and 1 tbs hydro perox in head and shoulders w aloe. i'm planning on doing the same tmo and on friday (test day ehh) i have zydots to use as well as another cycle with it. also, i just chopped my hair to my shoulders today, no dye though (i miss my long locks!) just figured it be easier to clean up with less hair.

we will see what happens...any other advice??
