I'll do this for 2 or 3 weeks then have a light week with 3 or 4 days of rest and the rest of the days be easy rides.
Since collegiate road season ended I haven't really touched my bike much so hopefully with a month or so with this training plan I'll get out to some public races in the area. Though this training is really to keep me in shape/increase my performance for cyclocross season. mmmm... I can't wait.
