Who is really making the decision to drop the bombs? Is it the citizens or the government? Can some one clear this up for me, I just don't understand, why would any one support huge wars without a good reason?

its the individual who straps a bomb to his chest and decides to murder 100 innocent people. theres too many extremists out there for us not to have war. no matter how peaceful we can try to be, there will always be a group of assholes to come piss on our parade.
