just because the illegal substances are there doesnt necessarily mean a person is going to do them. in that situation, i think peer-pressure is more prevalent than the legality of marijuana. and imo, even if marijuana was legalized up to the point of recreational usage, i dont think it would have that much of an affect on other drugs and how much they are used. legalizing marijuana isnt going to stop people from drinking, shooting, snorting, dropping, rolling, ect...
