Show up on time.
Don't complain about anything.
Do not let your boss see any kind of weakness.
Pay attention to what you are doing; do things once, do them the right way.
Make friends with co-workers so the day won't seem so hellish.
Always give yourself time for breakfast before you leave to work.

Be prepared to take orders from the boss everyday - just do it.
Don't watch the clock.
Whatever the boss says is always right, but don't be afraid to make a suggestion; if it makes your job easier/faster, remember that it saves your boss money. If you're right, you look better; If you're wrong, act like you just learned something.
