Yea Murray did as good a job as anyone could with the Heatley situation. It was important to get that bum out of Ottawa so the team can move on and put that shit behind them.

I'm excited/interested to see how the Sens and Habs fair this season. Both teams have a slew of new players on the roster. Didn't catch a whole lot of the pre-season (and what I did see was essentially a brawl), but Kovie looks good out there and Fisher is flying. I'm looking forward to seeing what Michalek and Cheechoo can do, both players were kind of invisible in the playoffs last season from what I saw.

On a side note, I met a bunch of the Sens the other day at the Casino du Lac Leamy. I played a few hands of blackjack with Nick Foligno, and met Spezza, Kelly, Elliot, Campoli, and some AHL players (Matt Carkner is a beast). Kelly was going to play poker (50/50 chance of him getting assigned to my table) but he had to leave before a seat opened for him. That would have been fun (plus he probably sucks).
