Just asking man. If you're in a restaurant, and you take a dump, is there a towel rack handy for after the asswash?

I doubt it, I never visited any of the arab or mid-eastern countries and their restaurants to know what they have in they restrooms, it's not like there's no toilet paper, that's flat out bullshit.
I use toilet paper all the time, even at home before I wash my ass.

If I'm taking a dump in a public toilet (which I rarely do), I'll only use toilet paper and wait till I get home to wash my ass and change my undies, or most of the time take a full shower. Otherwise I'd feel dirty and uncomfortable and sometimes on hot days even get a sweat rash between my legs.

It's the worst distinctable habit one could pick to denigrade the east against the west, there's a gazillion others I could agree with, but not with this one.

I have no idea what this thread still does in this forum but cleaning your ass after a defacation with soap and water is much more hygienic then wiping it off with a piece of thin let-through paper.
